This is a demo of RIM's PlayBook tablet syncing email with a BlackBerry phone over Bluetooth. The PlayBook's messaging and collaboration apps can only be used in conjunction with a BlackBerry. To use Gmail or other email services, you need to use webmail in your browser, until an actual PlayBook app for, say, Gmail is developed. The PlayBook currently only has WiFi for Internet access. It DOES NOT use the 3G connection from a BlackBerry phone. Sprint is releasing a WiMAX version of the PlayBook, however.
